We are excited to bring to you a 5k Obstacle course right here in Cross River. Join us at Ward Pound Ridge and be ready to run, climb, crawl, and conquer! Expect a high energy event that blends distance running with heart pumping obstacles designed to test your strength, stamina and grit. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun adventure, this course has something for everyone.
