Leaf is a former NFL quarterback and nationally recognized sports analyst and mental health advocate.

In addition to serving as CEO of RAM Consultant, he hosts a daily show on SiriusXM NFL Radio, serves as a lead analyst for CW Sports and Westwood One, and is a passionate voice for criminal justice reform and recovery.

Kleinsorge is Leaf’s wife and RAM Consultant’s COO, head of production, and creative and strategic force behind the company’s growth.

With a background in entertainment and real estate, she brings a unique blend of business acumen and storytelling.
