Partnering as an early childhood system to bring you a conference dedicated to a thriving and growing community that supports children throughout their early development.

This conference was formerly called the Cowboy State Early Childhood Conference; due to collaboration amongst early childhood organizations the name was changed to portray the collaborative efforts.

Will STARS and PTSB hours be available?

Yes, we are working on getting approval for both STARS and PTSB. We do not expect any challenges and look forward to offering this as we have in the past.

Do I need to attend the conference on all the days?

No, the conference is intended to be flexible to allow educators to attend as little or as much of the conference as desired.

What is the conference format?

The conference will be a combination of large and small group sessions.

What is the cost?

$50 and includes lunch both Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $50 no matter if you attend one day or both days.

Are there hotel specials for the conference?

Are scholarships or grants available to help with attending?

Yes, WY Quality Counts offers grants! Apply for a grant to offset the expenses of conferences, training, and other professional development programs. Grant applications must be made June 23-August 27th. Grants are available at: https://wyqualitycounts.org/educators-corner/scholarships/

Help! I can no longer attend. Is there a refund option?

No, due to cost associated with registration and food there are no refunds available.

Why was this location determined?

Due to the size of the conference and funding available Riverton was determined to be the only location that met these needs.
