You are cordially invited to join us for the Maryland Department of Emergency Management's 2024 Whole Community Integration Summit, Rooted and Ready: A Whole Community Approach.

This daylong event will be filled with information and engagement as we examine trends, threats, and technology in partnerships and preparedness as we look at the year ahead.

Featuring a variety of topics and networking opportunities, attendees will hear from cross-sector panels and engage in discussions featuring leaders in business, industry, faith-based, and nonprofit, including subject matter experts. Public sector, private sector, and nonprofit professionals will come together to refocus efforts to improve Whole Community resiliency in Maryland.

Keynote Speaker:

  • Chief Jason Lando, City of Frederick Police, former Commander Pittsburgh Police Department, Tree of Life Incident 2018

  • Parking is free.
  • Light breakfast pastries and coffee will be offered in the morning; lunch is also included.
