WEEKLY ON MONDAYS  -  June 3 through August 26 - 6:30 p.m.

Volkening Lake features a 3/4 mile walking path around the lake and a pavilion with tables open to the public.  We will start off with one lap and work our way up over the course of the summer.   All encouraged to come, enjoy the outdoors, spend time with friends while encouraging healthy habits. Hopefully, our final meeting on August 26 will be our customary end of summer BBQ!

Wear an UPS for DownS shirt if you have one. Water and healthy post walk snack will be provided.  Bring a friend! This is an all ages and all fitness level activity.  

CDC/Local guidance regarding Covid-19 safety will be observed.
