Gionne holds the title of Human Resources Analyst with the Los Angeles County Department of Human Resources. She’s been with the department for over 20 years managing training programs, conducting job analysis, and leveraging online learning tools to help LA County employees build and expand their competencies. With her bachelor’s in English and a background in writing performance measurement criteria, Gionne has made the natural transition to writing resumes and guiding various levels of staff through the resume writing process. In March 2022, she launched Build Resume Design – a resume-writing service for those seeking employment with private industry companies. Currently, she is working with the Workforce and Employee Development team coaching participants of the Management Development Program on how to create winning resumes while helping them prepare for the next step in their careers. She is also hosting DHR’s Learning Exchange, which is a series of virtual discussion sessions where County employees exchange ideas, share experiences, and discover how others are applying trending workplace topics to their County work lives.
