Vino and The Beasts 5K Obstacle Run -

Packet Pick Up Starts at 9:30am (arrive approximately an hour before your heat time starts)

First Heat Starts at 11:00 AM

ITS THE 11TH ANNUAL EVENT!! Run through the Vineyards at the 11th annual VINO AND THE BEASTS and conquer our obstacles! Come enjoy the heartbeat of the Finger Lakes……WINE/BEER, in a 5k run with obstacles sponsored by Beast Mode Athletics, 3 Brothers Wineries, and Zugibe Vineyards.  After the run there will be a post race celebration with live music, INCLUDED GLASSES of WINE/BEER, food to purchase, vendors to visit and lots of fun to be had. Participants will receive 3 Drinks, a T-shirt, Wine Glass, Finisher Medal, and Timing.  Awards will be given to the participants with the best costumes. Bring your running shoes that can get muddy, your craziest costume, and beastly attitude!

Also included in the race registration is two drinks either 2 glasses of wine, 2 beers, or one of each at 3 Brothers and one glass of wine at Zugibe. Additional glasses of wine can be purchased. FAQs 

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 16 years of age or older to run.  In order to participate in wine tastings you must be 21 years of age and show proper identification at check in. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There will be on site parking at the the event for $5.  A portion of the proceeds will go to a local/regional charity that is yet to be determined.  Carpooling is encouraged as on-site parking is limited. 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring:

Picture identification - even if you are not participating in wine tastings

Signed waiver

Shoes that can get muddy

Cash for parking, extra wine, food, and merchandise

Crazy costume

 What NOT to bring: 

Outside alcoholic beverages

Dogs

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, up to 10 days before the date of the event. There is a $5 transfer fee. 

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, email support@vinoandthebeasts.com  

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Your email confirmation is good to bring but not necessary. 

Is there timing at the event this year?

Yes there will be timing at the event this year.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.  Deferments to the following year are not allowed. 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, the registration name must match the identification that is provided at check in. 

Is On-site registration available?

Yes, onsite registration starts at 10:30 am the day of the event. Day of event registration is $85. Tshirts and tshirt sizes are not guaranteed.
