She will share about her experiences and perspectives on collective impact and how the 2024 Northern Colorado Intersections report can help to inform and catalyze regional collective impact efforts. Then the Colorado Health Institute will share Weld County-specific findings from the Colorado Health Access Survey.

Breakfast will be served during the keynote.

Organized by

One of the largest collaboration efforts in Weld County is the Thriving Weld Coalition which includes over 150 member organizations. The four founding organizations (Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, North Colorado Health Alliance, North Range Behavioral Health, and United Way of Weld County) are part of a leadership committee that helps to engage and recruit partner organizations, cultivate community engagement and ownership, mobilize and coordinate resources, and advance health-related policy efforts in Weld County. The diverse members of the TWC include municipal government staff, businesses, healthcare and mental health organizations, educational organizations (both county school districts and local Universities and Colleges), community organizations, youth- and older adult- focused organizations, and the general public. All members meet on a quarterly basis to continue ongoing dialogue on the most pressing public health issues in Weld County. Through collective decision-making priority health issues are decided upon and community-wide health improvement efforts implemented using a collective impact approach.
