The Texas Conference on Digital Libraries welcomes you back to Austin to share your new endeavors and inspire each other with pioneering projects, services, and ideas. The TCDL Planning Committee invites you to consider how curiosity brings life and imagination to your work in libraries and archives.

Yes! Students may apply for a scholarship to cover the cost of registration here: https://forms.gle/pU2GujFSPEMRg4GQA. Deadline is March 23, 2024 at 9:00am CST. If you have already registered for TCDL 2024, you can still apply! If you are awarded a scholarship, we will refund your registration.
We have 5 spots available for volunteers to help with conference management. Accepted volunteers will receive free registration. To apply, please visit https://forms.gle/DxtEX8BZsqasn3Gb6. Deadline to apply is Friday, April 26. Accepted volunteers will be notified by Monday, April 29.
UT Austin staff and students who are paying by IDT (interdepartmental transfer) must have an approved RTA on file through UTL. Once approved, UTL will send further instructions on how to register through eventbrite.
A refund of registration fees is available through EOB Wednesday, May 15, 2024, minus a $20 processing fee for cancellation. After that date, registrants may obtain a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
