    ABOUT THE EVENTS:

BIKE DEMO DAY. Located at Corral trail parking lot and the Corral trail network. Two separate time slots are available: the morning session (9am-12pm) and afternoon session (1pm-4pm). Exclusive shuttles will provide regular access to the Corral trail network—high quality singletrack riding with something for riders of all levels to enjoy. Brands for demo will include Specialized, Intense, Trek, Cannondale, Yeti, GasGas, and Husqvarna, among others.

Pre-registration costs just $65 (spaces are limited so sign up early!) or you can register at the event for $75 if spaces are still available. Registered riders will have access to all the bikes at the Demo Day, as well as the exclusive shuttles.

All Demo Day participants will need to check in prior to the start of their session at the TAMBA booth in Corral parking lot. Morning session check-in opens at 8:30am and afternoon session check-in opens at 12:30pm.

THE RIDES. We will have two different ride options to suit different rider levels: advanced and intermediate. Book your spot today and take advantage of the special pre-registration rate of $55, or you can register at the event for $65 if spaces are still available. Registration includes access to TAMBA rest stops along the ride and one (1) drink ticket for redemption at the festival. You'll also be rewarded with an exclusive Tahoe Mountain Bike Festival rider t-shirt for completing the ride – designed by our talented friends at RISE Designs!

Stay tuned on TAMBA's Facebook and Instagram for important updates about the rides.

PS. We love to see your rides! Post your ride and photos – don't forget to include #tahoemtbfestival and tag @tambatahoe

    MORE INFO ABOUT THE RIDES:

TAHOE TRIPLE CROWN (ADVANCED ROUTE). The Tahoe Triple Crown is a 25-mile popular expert route located near Meyers, CA. This mountain bike-only route can be used in one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 25 trails and climbs 4,836 ft with a max elevation of 8,974 ft then descends -4,998 ft.

Check out the interactive map on Trailforks.

TAMBA PARADISE LOOP (INTERMEDIATE ROUTE). We’re excited to announce a brand new intermediate ride for the 2024 Tahoe Mountain Bike Festival – the TAMBA Paradise Loop. At 11 miles in length with roughly 1,000 ft of vertical climbing, the Paradise Loop is less suffering but no less fun than the Tahoe Triple Crown!

Not only does this ride showcase some stunning scenery, it also begins and ends at the main Sunday festival site in Tahoe Paradise Park. That means intermediate riders can roll straight into the main festival after their ride to enjoy food, drinks, and live music. No driving from a trailhead required!

Check out the interactive map on Trailforks.

REST STOPS. There will be several rest stops offering free snacks and beverages for registered riders, including delicious Tahoe Trail Bars. These are not supported rides, so prepare for a long day with plenty of snacks, water, sunscreen, and bike tools!

START TIME. There is no official start time but all registered riders must check in at the TAMBA booth at Tahoe Paradise Park prior to starting the ride. Advanced route riders can check in any time from 7:30am onwards on the morning of the ride, and intermediate route riders can check-in from 8:30am.

Start at your leisure, but plan on joining us at the Sunday festival for all the festivities, to redeem your token for one free beverage, and to show off your jazzy new rider t-shirt (bragging to your friends is totally allowed). The Sunday festival begins at 12pm at Tahoe Paradise Park.

CHECK-IN. All registered riders must check in prior to starting the ride. There are a few different options available:

    - At the bike Demo Day on 6/22. Head to the TAMBA tent located in the Corral parking lot between 9am-4pm.

    - At Tahoe Paradise Park on 6/23. Come see us at the TAMBA tent from 7:30am for the advanced ride and from 8:30am for the intermediate ride.

All ticket sale proceeds go directly towards building and maintaining Tahoe trails in support of TAMBA’s mission. The Tahoe Mountain Bike Festival would not be possible without your awesome support.

    FAQ

Q: I won’t be in the Lake Tahoe area, can I still participate?

A: Of course! To be part of the action just go for a big ride, crush some vertical feet in your area. Share it on social media with #tahoemtbfest and tag @tambatahoe for a chance to be featured.

Q: I am still getting into mountain biking and 30 miles is too much. Are there options for shorter rides?

A: Check out our intermediate ride option!

Q: How can I support mountain biking in Lake Tahoe?

A: Join TAMBA! We are a nonprofit organization that relies on our community to help build the best trails and advocate for mountain biking. Support TAMBA by becoming a member, making a donation, or volunteering. Visit TAMBA.org for more information.
