Join us at Stillwater Farm for an unforgettable farm-to-table experience. Dan Hagan and Jake Strawser are the powerhouse duo who own and man the front of Billy Club, the completely scratch-made, ingredient focused restaurant situated in the heart of Buffalo's Allentown district. The menu of inspired New American fare by Chef Joshua Noh is complemented by an impressive selection of craft cocktails, wine, and beer. We welcome them back for their fourth visit to the farm.

Just remember - No Swimming!

The event will take place at our beautiful farm in Boston, New York.

Tickets are $200 plus tax and fees.

Tickets include:

- Welcome drinks and hors d’oeuvres

- A multicourse meal showcasing Stillwater Farm’s lamb, chicken, and eggs (when available)

- Carefully selected alcohol pairings

- Chef remarks

- An interactive tour of the farm

- Live musical entertainment

A portion of every ticket sale will support C.A.R.E. At Stillwater, a non-profit that strives to bring comfort to families in WNY affected by pediatric cancer and blood disorders.

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferable.

Reminder that this is an outside event on a farm – appropriate footwear and weather-related attire are strongly encouraged.

Stillwater Farm is no stranger to gastronomy. We have close relationships with renowned professional chefs who care deeply about the provenance of the ingredients they serve, and our products regularly grace the menus at Western New York’s most respected farm-to-table restaurants. (Our lamb has even been served at the James Beard House in New York City—twice.)

This year, we are excited to partner with our good friends in the restaurant industry for a deserving cause. Starting in June and continuing through September, our Chef dinner series will bring the best talent in the business directly to the farm for evenings of delicious food, drink, and camaraderie.

Most importantly, a portion of every ticket sale will support C.A.R.E. at Stillwater Farm, a non profit program that invites pediatric patients from Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and their families to join us at the farm for a special day of outdoor fun, farm education, and healthy eating experiences. C.A.R.E. at Stillwater also works with the PUNT Cancer Collaborative directly supporting their bereavement program.

Farm Dinners take place under a tent at our beautiful farm. Ticket prices include:
