Kathy Fulton is Executive Director for American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN). She leads the organization in delivering logistics information, services, and equipment to support disaster response and recovery efforts. Her passions include leveraging the unique skills of supply chain professionals to enable responsible disaster relief, and building cross-sector collaborative relationships that support community resilience.

Ms. Fulton is a founding member of FEMA’s Supply Chain Analysis Network (SCAN) and a founding member of the Private Sector Emergency Management Association (PSEMA). Ms. Fulton was a member of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine consensus committee on “Strengthening Post-Hurricane Supply Chain Resilience,” and has testified before the United States Senate Committee on the Budget on the costs of climate change on supply chains.

Preceding her work with ALAN, Kathy was Senior Manager of Information Technology Services at Saddle Creek Logistics Services where she led IT infrastructure implementation and support, corporate systems, and business continuity planning.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.

Alexia (Lexi) Nobles joined ALAN in 2023 as Operations Coordinator. She is responsible for ALAN’s operations work, including logistics coordination and supporting special projects. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Flagler College and a Master of Science in International Affairs with a graduate Emergency Management and Homeland Security certification from Florida State University. She has also received various FEMA training certifications from their Emergency Management Institute.
