NO backpacks or real weapons of any kind. Plastic weapons are an exception. All bags and IDs will be checked at the door.

Frequently asked questions

How many tickets are available?

We have 250 general admission tickets available, and 50 VIP tickets available. Once the tickets sell out, there will be no other tickets to purchase.

Where can I find parking?

There are several parking lots located on 3rd avenue, as well as free metered parking downtown for the weekend.

What is the age requirement?

This is a 21+ event. We cannot make exceptions, due to our alcohol policy. IDs will be checked in admission.

Can I place a refund?

Please message the event host on facebook for a refund. We will do our best to accommodate the refund or find someone to replace your ticket.

What is the attire?

This is a formal cosplay event. Please no jeans, shorts etc. ballgowns, costumes etc are encouraged!

What hotel accommodations do you offer?

We have a courtesy rate for hotel rooms with The Hilton Hotel. Please contact them for a event promotion discount if you wish to book a room. Please, if you are consuming alcohol we ask that you do so responsibly.

Do tickets include alcohol?

General tickets do not include alcohol. VIP tickets will come with two free drink tokens you will give to the bartender.

Does the bar take card?

Yes! The bars take card and cash!
