We are excited to host the 4th annual St. Brendan Golf Outing presented by #TeamHolowicki on Friday, August 2, 2024. While the primary purpose of the outing is to get the St. Brendan community together to have fun while building stronger/new relationships, proceeds raised from your participation, sponsorships, and cash games on the course will be used for student scholarships and other school needs.

Because of the generosity of our participants and sponsors, we have created and support the Amy Buzenski Scholarship in conjunction with the St. Brendan Knights of Columbus. Each year we can award 2, $2,000 Scholarships to our St. Brendan students. In addition to this new, annual scholarship, the Golf Outing also assisted in the funding of new equipment for our school's music program (2021-2022), athletic uniforms for our Football, Softball, Baseball, and Volleyball teams, as well as a new 10x20 Canopy for our Track Team and MANY other student activities.

Your $175 All-Inclusive Ticket Includes:

  • 18 holes of golf and cart (foursome, scramble format)
  • Post-round reception and dinner
  • 10 raffle tickets
  • 2 drink tickets
  • 2 mulligans
  • On-course games (closest to the pin, longest drive, longest put, hole-in-one Par 3 for a car)
  • And of course, the ever-popular event gift/swag bag

* In an effort to streamline your check-in, and to ensure everyone can participate in the on-course games, your ticket is all-inclusive. Drop your bag off, grab your 2 drink tickets from the cart, grab your drinks from the clubhouse, and enjoy the round.

Sponsorships Needed:

To meet our annual scholarship obligations and the miscellaneous support we offer to our school's non-revenue-generating activities, we need Sponsors. If you, someone you know, or your business can sponsor a hole, that money goes straight to our annual scholarship and various school needs. We are also looking for gift donations to be Included In our post-round reception. Items we are looking for are gift cards, unopened bottles of bourbon, golf-related equipment/apparel, etc.

Remember, the fun continues after the round. There will be a post-round happy hour on the patio (weather permitting) or in the bar area for some announcements, raffle prizes, and an award presentation. Included in the registration fee is a dinner in the banquet room overlooking the course and patio with live music.

During dinner we’ll give out the st through 3rd Place prizes and announce the on-course game winners.

SCHEDULE:

1:00pm - Registration and Practice Range, (Optional) Split-The-Pot Putting Contest. ($20 to putt, winner wins half the pot. In the event of a tie, participants will have a putting challenge at the conclusion of the round. Only 1 winner)

2:00pm - Shotgun Start

6:00pm - Happy Hour! Be sure to stick around for drinks on the patio to visit with the other golfers, and enjoy some cold beverages.

( In order to be eligible to win this trophy, your team must be affiliated with St. Brendan School or Parish)

BEST BALL/SHOTGUN START:

Players will participate in teams of four. Individual players will be placed on a team.

Dress Code: No metal spikes. Players must wear proper golf attire such as collared shirts and long pants. Shorts are allowed if they are at least Bermuda length. Jeans are not allowed.

Scramble format. Shotgun start at 2pm. Dinner is provided at the conclusion of the event. Putting competition is before we tee off - so get there early!

REFUND POLICY: The outing will be played rain or shine. If the Golf Club of Dublin does shut down the course, you will be given a voucher to play a round.

You can request a refund up until 7/22/2024 for the cost of the ticket, but the associated transaction fees are not refundable.
