Our Mission: To educate and inspire young athletes, helping them identify their strengths and opportunities for growth, while providing them with the tools required to navigate the path of excellence in competition and life.

Is there free parking?

Yes, parking is free on the south side of the McCarthy Athletic Center.

Can parents attend?

This event is for the student-athlete only. We hope to have future events where parents are welcome! Parents are invited to come see the facility during check-in and help get their student-athlete situated.

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes you will be able to get up and move around in. A few sessions have an active component and we will need to walk between sessions throughout the day.

Can I bring my own food or beverage?

Please limit personal items to a water bottle. We will provide plenty of snacks throughout the day and a large lunch.
