My name is William Galleher and I am the current Alumni Chairman at Gamma Theta. I am excited to announce that our 100th year Alumni Weekend for 2024 will be Oct 4th-Oct 5th.
October 4th 1924 was the exact date 100 years ago our founding brothers came together to install the Gamma Theta chapter at the University of Florida. This will be a celebration that hopefully brings together generations of Gamma Thetas to celebrate the continued success of our chapter.
Agenda and Details
October 4th - 100th year Alumni Banquet
- Location - Oconnell Center, Center Court Club (250 Gale Lemerand Dr, Gainesville, FL 32611)
- Time - 6pm to 10 pm
- Food/Drink - Will be provided
- Dress Code - Semi-formal (sports coats for men)
- Additional Information - This event will be centered around celebrating the chapter and everything it has done over the past 100 years. It will consist of awards, speakers, food and drink. Please feel free to bring family members just reach out prior to the event.
October 5th - UCF tailgate
- Location - Sigma Chi chapter house (611 Fraternity Drive, Gainesville, FL 32603)
- Time- TBD
- Food/Drink - Will be provided
