When will the 2024 agenda be posted?

We are currently in the process of finalizing the agenda for the 2024 conference. We expect to post the agenda May 2024. Please check back during this time.

How do I receive a "Bulk Party" discount for registering 6 or more individuals?

Parties of 6 individuals or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount at checkout when registering for conference day tickets (Sept 20-21st). Please note, pre-conference courses are not eligible for this discount. To inquire about the bulk discount, please contact ruralems@med.unr.edu.

Which hotels are located closest to the conference?

Four hotels near the Elko Convention Center have rooms blocked out for the conference. Please refer to the attached agenda to learn more.

I want to attend a Pre-Conference course, but the tickets are sold out.

If you are interested in taking a pre-con course that has been sold out, please contact ruralems@med.unr.edu. If we receive a high amount of interest in a particular course, we may try and add additional tickets to that course.

How can I request a refund for my ticket(s)?

All tickets are refundable 30 days prior the conference (August 19th, 2024). Refunds will not be accepted after this date. Please note, Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
