WHO: Maine Academy of Modern Music & Community Partners

WHAT: MAMM is excited to announce the third annual, inclusive, community-minded, music and arts festival to showcase Portland's creativity and youth achievement.

The event will be FREE and open to the public!

WHEN: Sunday, June 09, 2024, (Opening 11:00 a.m. and Closing at 7:00 p.m.)

WHERE: Ocean Gateway Pier and surrounding areas

H OW MUCH: The vendor fee is between $135 and $235


Festival Information :

The Resurgam Festival is a multi-stage community arts festival where music is performed all day and retail vendors, artists, businesses, and nonprofits can promote themselves and sell their merchandise. It offers the opportunity to engage with festival attendees as well as network with people from other organizations who are participating in the event. It is a terrific way to build awareness for your products and services, make connections, and be part of the Portland cultural community.

Food Truck sign-up can be done through the Vendor Registration form. Last year over 7500 people attended the festival and we are working hard to increase that number. (We are not accepting pizza vendors, as OTTO is a Headlining Sponsor. Also, we are not accepting registrations from cannabis businesses at this time.)

Refund policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and vendors are responsible for paying Eventbrite fees.

Vendor refunds: 100% before April 1, 50% before May 1, 25% before May 15, 0% after May 15

What is the event schedule for vendors ?

Where will vendors set up?

Vendors will be in the outdoor area in and around Ocean Gateway Park. Vendors will have a 10x10 area for their setup. These spaces will be near performance stages. If additional space is needed, additional registration should be purchased. If a tent or canopy is used it will need to be secured.

What about electricity and water?

Electricity will not be provided to individual vendor areas. Water will not be provided to individual vendor areas, but a public water source will be available. Booths may not use generators for electricity.

What about parking?

Parking is free in Portland on Sundays. Vendors can drive up to their booth location to unload, then park on a neighboring street and walk back. Vendors may not park at the Festival grounds.

What about permits?

Street Goods Vendor Permits will be obtained by the festival organizers and handed out the day of the event. If vendors are selling food (even pre-packaged) a TEMP FSE permit is required. Organizers will not obtain the TEMP FSE permits for vendors.

What about insurance?

All vendors are responsible for providing the required proof of minimum insurance coverage. Insurance should be issued by a carrier licensed or authorized to do business in the State of Maine. You will need to send a copy of the insurance to the Festival organizers.
