2024 PRYCA Float-In

This years theme: Red Solo Cup - Come Win the CUP!!!

What is the PRYCA Float-In:

A weekend of nautical fun and games with PRYCA members and their guests.

Meals:

Friday Evening: Hamburgers, hot dogs, redskin potato salad and cucumber/onion salad

Saturday: Grilled chicken wraps, garden chicken salad, pasta salad and fresh fruit salad

Saturday Evening: Crabcakes, grilled chicken alfredo pasta, garlic bread, grilled asparagus, roasted potato and salad

(Adult Beverages BYOB)

Any special dietary needs should be included on your registration ORDER form once you click through to the next section and begin your signup process.

Events:

A detailed schedule of events and description of games for the Competition for The Cup will be sent to each Club POC in May; POCs should distribute to individuals in their group. The schedule and games will also be posted at www.pryca.us website.

Friday Night (6/28/2024):

Mingle and get to know fellow boaters by sharing your club’s favorite signature cocktail in your "Red Solo Cup". Club's can decorate their tables with "Red Solo Cup" and nautical decorations to get into this years theme. It'll be a blast!

Raffle Prizes and Gift Baskets

We are asking all of the clubs to donate Gift baskets or prizes to raffle off. Last year we had some great prizes and were able to raise money for PRYCA.

Important Dates:

Early registration for clubs: A bonus point will be awarded to clubs submitting their paid club registration form by May 31, 2024.

Points Towards The CUP:

All participants in The Cup Competition must be paid registrants of the Float-In.

(The Competition for The Cup includes the Seamanship Skills Trivia, Scavenger Hunt, games, Vessel Safety Check and any bonus point offers.)

CUT-OFF DATE TO REGISTER FOR EVENT: June 10, 2024

Costs: Registration Fee: $150 per adult. Includes the meals listed above and all events.

Slip Assignments:

All members will reserve their boat slips through Coles Point Marina utilizing Snag A Slip. PRYCA is not collecting funds for slips. We will be coordinating slip assignments with the marina. Slips will be based on vessel size, power requirements, and registration date. Every effort will be made to keep club boats together, when size and power requirements allow. No promo code this year, but a better discount on fuel, so fill up on your way in or out.

Fuel:

Coles Point Marina will offer a discount off posted fuel prices for Float In attendees the weekend of the event. Final price will be distributed to clubs approximately one week prior to the event.

RV Hookups:

RV hookups can be reserved through Coles Point Marina. Please mention the PRYCA 2024 Float In. (Separate event registration required.)
