Summit keynotes and workshops will be held at several venues in downtown Astoria, allowing attendees to experience our host city in a unique way.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds must be requested no later than two weeks before the event, by Monday, September 30.

How can I mitigate the impact of my travel to the Summit?

OCVA's travel impact calculator will show you the carbon emissions related to your transportation to and from the Summit. You can choose to mitigate some of the impact of your travels by donating to the Tillamook Estuaries Partnership.
