2024 Pan American Masters Weightlifting Championship

Last Date to Register for the meet (Ultimo dia para Registrarce): April 30th (Abril 30th) We recommedn to register as soon as posible, secure or reserve your hotel room and travel arragement to San Jose, Costa Rica. Requirement: Any Masters-level Athlete wishing to compete must be a minimum of 35-year-old by Dec 2024.

Requisito: Cualquier atleta de nivel máster que desee competir debe tener un mínimo de 35 años antes de diciembre de 2024.

Adaptive Atlete / Atleta Adaptable

Any Masters-level Athlete wishing to compete as a adaptive Atlete must have an Eligible Impairment. The Athlete must provide medical documentation to the respective country Chairman/President certifying that the Athlete has one or more of the following Impairments.

The 7 categories of MASTERS ADAPTIVE WEIGHTLIFTER (MAWC) are accepted to register for participation. A formal medical statement of permanent disability as proof and the physician’s approval to exercise the Sport of Olympic Weightlifting is required.

Distance from the hotels to the competition center: approximately 4 kilometers. Between 5 and 10 minutes by bus that will be supplied by the Master Association of Costa Rica.
