About

CCC TechConnect (TechConnect Cloud, TechConnect Zoom, and the Online Teaching Conference) is funded by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, Digital Infrastructure and Innovation Division, under Support Services Grant. TechConnect provides a coordinated platform of technology products, services, trainings, and support to the 92,500 faculty, staff, and administrators in the advancement of educational success to the over 1.8 million students throughout the California community colleges’ decentralized infrastructure and is based at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA.

The Online Teaching Conference is a premier gathering of faculty, staff, and administrators who are leading the way in developing innovative and effective online education. As an inter-segmental conference focused on curriculum, pedagogy and technology to improve online instruction, learning, and student success, the Online Teaching Conference is an opportunity for educators to network with colleagues, connect, share knowledge, impart and receive best practices, and develop professionally.

The CCC TechConnect Online Teaching Conference (OTC) is brought to you by CCC TechConnect. OTC is a non-profit event funded under a California Community Colleges Chancellors Office grant. • Early Bird Pricing - $499 (on or before May 24th)
• Regular Conference Pricing - $599 (May 25 thru June 21)
• On-Site Pricing - $649 (June 22 and beyond, must register in person)
• CCC DECO Annual Retreat - $50 (includes CCC DECO annual membership) (June 16 deadline)

We encourage you to book early to ensure room availability as blocks may sell out at any time.

Residence Inn Long Beach Downtown – $289*

King Studio rooms are available at a rate of $289/night for the nights of June 25-27. The Residence Inn is a lovely 1.1 mile walk over the Queensway Bridge.

Cancellation Policy

Please consider carefully before registering. There are no refunds being offered but you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact registration@onlineteachingconference.org for more details.

Payment Options

Please Note: You will not be able to change your payment method once selected. If you choose to Pay by Check now, then later wish to finalize your payment by Credit Card, you will need to complete a new registration and cancel your original registration. Please contact registration@onlineteachingconference.org for assistance.

• Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards up until the conference dates.
• PayPal - We accept PayPal payments up until the conference dates.
• Paying by Check - All check payments must be received by Friday, June 7, 2024. If payment is not received by June 7th you will not have access to the conference.

Should you need an invoice provided in a different format from the one provided at the completion of your registration, please contact registration@onlineteachingconference.org, with specific details.
