F irst event of the Oldtimers "Trifecta"! Attend this event, our Port Angeles Rod Run, and the Cruise the Creek Show and be entered to win a prize to be awarded at the Crusie the Creek Show.

C ome join the Oldtimers NW for our third annual pre-Father's Day show at the Silverdale waterfront! In addition to Valve Cover Races, we're also holding Hot Wheels races (free Hot Wheels car to each kid). Open to all years and makes of cars, trucks, and motorcycles! We like 'em all! Lots of trophies to be awarded to those that strike our sponsor's fancy--this is a no-points-judging, pick what you like award system. 50/50 raffle, and prizes for valve cover race and Hot Wheels race winners.

When is the show?

Saturday, June 15, 2023. Event starts at 10:00 and awards presentation begins 2:00.

Who can enter?

Anything you drive in! Open to all cars, trucks, and motorcycles--any year and any make. If you've got a moped with whitewalls on the wheels like mayonnaise you can join us, too!

Are there awards and how do I win?

We'll have at least 45 trophies sponsored by local businesses and groups. Each trophy sponsor will choose the vehicle that they think is neat. This is not a judged or points-based award system.

How much is entry?

Spectators are free. If you want to enter a vehicle, it's $20 . You can pre-register for the same price or show up the day of with your cash.

What's valve cover racing?

Exactly what it sounds like. We'll have a side-by-side drag racing track for you to compete against other racers. Any valve cover is eligible as long as you can make it fit within the rules listed with the pictures on this event site.

Will there be food and drink?

Yes! Peninsula BrewHouse will have food and beer garden ready to serve you. We also encourage you to support fellow local businesses including Monica's Waterfront Bakery & Cafe and Kettlefish.
