Tickets purchased online will result in ordered admission wristbands being shipped to the entered address starting September 6. Tickets purchased online after September 12 will need to be redeemed at the Will Call window prior to entry.

No. When you place an order for "tickets" on our website you are purchasing your admission wristband. If you purchase online before September 12th they will be shipped to the address you provided on your order. Any purchase after that date will need to be picked up at the Oktoberfest Box Office.
If you ordered by September 12, you will receive the ordered wristbands at the provided shipping address. The delivery will come from USPS and you'll receive a notification in your email when they are shipped. Wristbands will start being shipped September 6. If you have not received your wristbands
Yes, as long as you have not removed your wristband. If you removed your wristband, you will need to purchase a new one to enter.
There is no age restriction to enter the Fest Grounds, but those under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or adult. The Altra Federal Credit Union Main Tent is the only area that is 21+.
Anyone 13 and over needs a valid wristband to enter the Fest Grounds. All those under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or adult.
Each ticket includes one souvenir button. Visit the Oktoberfest Office to redeem with proof of purchase.
