Welcome to the 2024 OHDSI Global Symposium which will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA.
The 2024 OHDSI Global Symposium is a 3-day event that begins Tuesday, Oct. 22 with (5) half-day tutorials and a full-day of collaboration activities. The plenary sessions and collaborator showcase will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 23 followed by various workgroup activities on Thursday, Oct. 24.
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Symposium Registration (including plenary sessions, collaborator showcase and workgroup activities), $500*
* this is an open and inclusive event; if the symposium registration fee presents a burden for you, please email symposium@ohdsi.org and request a discounted or free registration ticket.
Additional Tutorial Registration:
Tuesday, Oct. 22: Introduction to OHDSI Tutorial, 8am-12pm, $100
Tuesday, Oct. 22: Advanced Tutorials, 1pm-5pm, $200
(the tickets will reflect these options in a package price)
Should you need to make changes or cancel your registration tickets, please follow the instructions you will receive on your Eventbrite confirmation upon registration completion. Please note that registration tickets can be refunded up until 7 days prior to the event; Eventbrite fees are not refundable for any registration ticket.
