This year’s O.D. Butler Forage Field Day will be held on May 17, 2024, at Circle X Camp Cooley, LTD, which is located at 4297 Camp Cooley Ranch Road, Franklin Texas. Travel north out of Bryan on Hwy. 6 to Hearne and then west on Hwy 79 through Franklin.
As a contributor and member of the association, you are entitled to set up a booth to display your agriculture products and services. Additionally, you will be listed in the field day program and in the annual BAHPA Hay Directory. For your use, I have enclosed an exhibitor registration form that should be completed and returned to our office by Friday, May 10, 2024. Please know that it’s important we receive your booth reservation form. You may also call or email to inform us of your plans.

There will be numerous educational exhibits to view related to a variety of agricultural topics, as well as a variety of commercial exhibits which display agricultural equipment and products. These exhibits are a valuable component of this long-standing event. Ample time will be allowed for participants to view the exhibits and to visit with vendors.
