Find out why there is so much demand for Grand Design rallies! The New York rally will be held July 18-21, 2024 at Hickory Hill Camping Resort in Bath, NY.
You MUST follow the steps in the proper order to participate in this rally.
1. Book by calling the campground directly at (607) 776-4345. Ask to be part of the Grand Design group. You will get 20% off you site and NO site lock in fee. Be sure to get a confirmation number. Sites booked online will not be considered part of the rally and registration fees for those will be forfeited.
2. Register for the rally by using this Eventbrite link. Answer ALL questions including the names of each person in your party. There is a $55 registration fee for each adult and any children/youth who will take part in our activities & meals.
Failure to follow the procedures outline above for the securing your reservation or registering will result in forfeiture of your registration fee. No refunds after June 30th.
Frequently asked questions
Registration fees help off set the cost of the rally for the organizer. It will cover the cost of facilities rentals, food, prizes, etc.
The choice to pay the registration fee for your child/children is up to you. Anyone that is paid for will receive food tickets for meals and a goodie bag.
A rally is a gathering of Grand Design owners who enjoy camping together. During the rally there are usually Grand Design representative on hand to answer questions. Seminars, vendor fair, games/activities, beverage tastings, and more are worked into the schedule!
Grand Design usually has techs at the rally to address safety and recall issues. They are not equipped to take on other repairs. Those issues should be referred to your dealer.
Yes! We are usually able to provide 2-3 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Grand Design will provide 1 meal and the local dealership that we are working with will typically do the same. Other meals come from your registration fees.
Life happens! If you need to cancel your reservation with the campground, please follow the procedures outlined in their confirmation email to you. Registration fees can be refunded prior to July 1st AND after your space has been fill by someone on the waitlist.
