About this event

Register to be a market vendor!

The NEPM Asparagus Festival returns to the Hadley Town Common on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as a celebration of our regional legacy of agriculture and community. This annual fundraiser for New England Public Media (NPR and PBS for Western Mass) welcomes over 8,000 attendees each year.

The family-friendly outdoor event features over 120 local craft, cultural, non-profit, specialty food, and agricultural vendors at the Farmers & Makers Market. New this year, the market will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event.

A note to food vendors: In the market, we only allow sampling and sales of value-added products intended for attendees to take home, such as pickles, vinegars, cheeses, etc. If you'd like to be considered for the food court, please contact Navae Fenwick Rodriguez at navae@laudable.productions.

The market organizers reserve the right to review all applications for the purpose of curating a diverse market experience. If it is determined that there are too many vendors in any particular category (photography, jewelry, etc.), your registration may be canceled and refunded.

In addition to the market, the festival brings music and entertainment, agricultural displays and demos, local food and beer vendors, kids' games, and visits from PBS Kids characters. It's a great day for the whole family!

We hope you'll consider joining us!
