The Missouri Wing Civil Air Patrol Encampment will be held this year at the Missouri Military Academy in Mexico, Missouri. Encampment challenges you. It pushes you so you’ll grow. Are you self-disciplined? Can you lead? Can you truly work as a team? These are some of the questions the cadre will help you answer for yourself as you participate in awesome, hands-on activities and tours. Specifically, our goal is to:

• Develop leadership skills;

• Learn about aviation, space, and technology;

• Commit to a habit of regular exercise, and;

• Live the Core Values

As cadets of the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, your training will emphasize not only leadership and character, but fitness and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) as you explore career opportunities in those areas and so much more.

Advanced Training Flight (known as ATF) is offered for cadets who have attended one encampment and are looking to develop leadership skills and have hands on training for staff positions at future encampments. Additionally, officers who have not yet attended an encampment will be placed in ATF. **Please note, this ticket type is only for cadets who have already attended their student encampment and are returning for additional training instead of serving on cadre. Members selecting this ticket type that have not already attended a student encampment will be moved into a regular flight for the activity.**

REFUNDS: Refunds will be made up to May 24, 2024 After this date, ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be made available FOR ANY REASON. This is due to money already being used to purchase items such as food that is non-refundable.

Please fully disclose all medical, mental, and dietary issues on the CAPF 160CAP ,Member Health History Form . Having full knowlede of cadets needs does not limit them from participating in this event as long as activities can be done within a safe manner. By knowing the needs of our students we can be prepared to accommodate thier need in a proactive manner.

Welcome packets will be sent via email provided when you purchase your tickets , no later than 13th of May and will contain a packing list, drop off and other important information, and a copy of all required paperwork. Please ensure your email is correct.

ADDITIONAL FORMS: Weekly, Encampment staff will reach out to registered members with additional forms and items that will need to be completed prior to the activity. Forms will include: CAPF 60-81, Application for Encampment; CAPF 160, CAP Member Health History Form; CAPF 161, Emergency Information; CAPF 163, Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-the-Counter Medication, and the Missouri Military Academy Hold Harmless Agreement.
