Founded in 2004, the Saba Ensemble is devoted to preserving and nurturing the exquisite art of Persian Classical Music. This year's performance offers a variety of stage presentations, styles and vocals from Iran as a rich cultural and musical country.

Performing in the Saba Ensemble are: Arieh Aghajani, Santoor; Parisa Karimi, Kamanche; Shahryar Korrori, Tombak & Daf; Hamid Reza Maleki, Oud; Hedayat Shafieei, Tar; and Katayoon Mousazadeh and Majid Khosrow Shahi, Vocals.

The performance promises to be both educational and enchanting, as the musicians will showcase the unique structure of the Dastgahs through their masterful performances. The audience will be transported to a world of intricate melodies and rhythms, where the timeless beauty of Persian music will be on full display.

During the intermission, patrons can indulge in the flavors of Persia with delicious treats available for purchase (pre-purchase or cash sales only).

The Untermyer Gardens Conservancy is dedicated to the revitalization of Samuel Untermyer’s once great gardens, now a City municipal park in Yonkers, New York. Working with the City of Yonkers, the Conservancy will showcase exuberant horticulture in the magnificent landscape designed by Welles Bosworth in 1916. An emphasis on the lives of Samuel and Minnie Untermyer will deepen the appeal and meaning of these gardens for all people.
