MSA is a 501(c)(3) organization for the purpose of promoting and developing the amateur equestrian athletic sports competition, for fostering the traditional relationship between foxchasing and steeplechasing, to increase both the audience for and participation within the sport, and for the development, administration and support of educational programs for all levels of amateur horse racing. MSA provides awards, incentives and various youth scholarships for the development of future sportsmen. Contributions may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
