For 2024, the morning Issue Briefing will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Santa Fe, a longtime Advocating Congregation of LAM-NM. Participants will enjoy refreshments, guest speakers, an advocacy agenda legislative update, and reflections from Bishop Jim Gonia.
- Paid parking is available across the street from First Presbyterian at the Santa Fe Convention Center. A limited number of metered parking spaces are available around the church building.
- Refreshments and sign-in begins at 8:30 a.m.
The Bishop's Luncheon will be held at La Posada de Santa Fe (330 E Palace Ave), beginning at noon. The luncheon program will include the awarding of the John and Chris Haaland Advocacy Award and the Legislator of the Year Award. Bishop Gonia will also speak. After 12 years of serving as Bishop of the Rocky Mountain Synod of the ELCA, this will be the Bishop's final luncheon.
