We are excited to welcome you to the Intrepid Owners Rendezvous taking place in Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo, FL, July 18 – July 21, 2024. Those who joined us in past years can attest to the wonderful times had together! This adventure takes us to an exclusive resort oasis in the Florida Keys. Enjoy countless amenities while soaking in the unparalleled Florida Keys views and warm waters.

Join us aboard your Intrepid or stay in Ocean Reef Club Resort – either way, we can’t wait to see you.

Refund Policy

Contact the organizer to request a refund. Refunds are eligible up to 60 days prior to the event date. Applicable fees are nonrefundable.

Schedule of Activities:

Our schedule includes ample time to enjoy all that Ocean Reef has to offer along with numerous private group activities and relaxing times with fellow Intrepid owners! Full itinerary for the weekend is available for download here!

Thursday, July 18th: Let’s get the fun started with an afternoon arrival and registration and a Margaritaville - tribute to Jimmy Buffett cocktail party, dinner, and entertainment beachside.

Friday, July 19th: Pick up a complimentary grab-n-go lunch and join us at the Raft Up Party at Billy’s Point. Let the party continue into the night as we celebrate in the Town Hall Ballroom with cocktails and dinner for a Born in the USA- Red, White, and Blue party! Enjoy evening entertainment, raffles, and dancing…the All-American way!

Saturday, July 20th: Intrepid day of leisure to explore all the amenities Ocean Reef Club has to offer. Enjoy golf, tennis, spa amenities, and kayak/paddle board rentals. Our first ever Intrepid Pickleball Tournament will take place today- must pre-register! A registration form will be emailed after Rendezvous registration is completed. Let’s wrap up our weekend together at our Great Gatsby themed farewell party with fantastic food and a big band entertainment as we reminisce about these wonderful adventures we’ve shared together. Dress to impress in your best 1920’s party outfit! Prizes to be awarded.

Sunday, July 21st: Farewell! Your journey home begins.

Registration Fee:

Fully paid Eventbrite Registration is required for each person attending before slip or hotel reservation can be processed.

Reservation Fee includes activities listed on the event’s schedule plus one event shirt/hat per person and One Captain’s Bag per boat registration.

Reserving Your Slip:

Slips are very limited! Please FIRST complete your Eventbrite registration before submitting your slip reservation form.

We have blocked slips at Ocean Reef Club Marina. To reserve your slip, complete a reservation form available for download here, and submit to Sharon D’Agostino sdagostino@intrepidpowerboats.com

Booking Your Hotel: A group block of discounted rooms have been secured at Ocean Reef Club. Before booking, please register first for the rendezvous. Once registered a private link will be emailed to you to make a reservation. There is limited availability so please don’t delay in booking.
