Frequently asked questions
We would be happy to refund your money if you pay for tickets and find that you cannot attend. Contact IAGM Treasurer, Jason Martin, at jmartin@iagm.org to make the arrangements for a refund.
All sessions of the conference will take place in two, single-story buildings which are connected by a paved parking lot. For those who are hearing- or sight-impaired, please contact Lori Stoudt at lstoudt@iagm.org to report your need and we will do our best to work with you.
We do not have childcare arranged at this time. Children may attend sessions with parents.
If you need transportation to or from airports in Rochester or Syracuse, NY, please contact Jason Martin at jmartin@iagm.org. We will do our best to arrange for a church member to pick you up and drop you off at these airports.
Please contact Lori Stoudt at lstoudt@iagm.org to let us know of any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your need. Finger Lakes Christian Fellowship is peanut and nut-free facility. Some gluten-free options will be available. Other dietary needs are upon request.
We do have a few families in the church who have a guest room. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to stay with a host family during the conference. Contact Lori Stoudt at lstoudt@iagm.org to make a request.
