Welcome to the 2024 Holyoke Garden Tour!
Come join us for a delightful day exploring the beautiful gardens of Holyoke. This in-person event will showcase a variety of stunning flowers, herbs, and other plants and shrubbery, with some expert & home gardeners on hand to answer all your questions. Whether you're a seasoned green thumb or just love being surrounded by nature, this tour is perfect for all ages. Don't miss out on this opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of Holyoke's gardens!
On July 13, 2024, you will check in at HPT located at our new location, the Masonic Temple at 235 Chestnut Street, across from the Holyoke Public Library. There you will pick up your wristband and collect a map with a description and location of the gardens. At one of the gardens, you will also have the opportunity to participate in a short lesson on how to turn a tree, shrub, or plant into BONSAI and how to maintain your bonsai.
For the tour, you can either bike or drive at your own pace from 8:30 am-3:30 pm.
This event is RAIN OR SHINE. Plan your day to allow time to enjoy all of the gardens with some surprises along the way.
Dress appropriately and wear comfortable shoes. You might consider bug spray and sun protection.
You must show your wrist band at every location to have access to the gardens.
Tickets are $15.00 per adult through Eventbrite. Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by an adult.
Tickets can be purchased in person for $20.00 per adult on the day of the event at HPT located at 235 Chestnut Street.
Accessibility: Be prepared for some gardens to have a few steps, uneven ground, and a bit of an incline. None are wheelchair accessible.
- All proceeds benefit the Holyoke Preservation Trust to support programs, events, and projects that could not otherwise be funded by the Holyoke Preservation Trust.
** In consideration for participating in the event, by participating, the attendee and any adult and children under the age of 18 accompanying the attendee, agree to hold harmless Holyoke Preservation Trust, its Board of Directors and their officers, all other sponsors and supporters from any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, and any other liability for injury, death, damage, loss or liability of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in the Garden Tour excepting claims arising out of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
