Friday Night Setup (Nov 8)


Friday Night Setup is encouraged but not required. Arrival before 5:00 pm may not be allowed by Pritchard Community Center.

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Saturday Morning Setup (Nov 9)


Setup the morning of the event is available for any vendors that did not setup Friday night or require additional time. Customers will be allowed entry at 9:00am.

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Shopping Hours (Nov 9)


Vendors should plan to be present for the full day of shopping hours. Vendors that do not stay for the entire event may not be permitted to return for the 2025 event.

Join us for the 2024 Annual Holiday Marketplace hosted by Elizabethtown Junior Woman's Club. This event attracts hundreds of people every year to shop to local handmade goods, delicious treats, and your favorite direct sales brands.

Elizabethtown Junior Woman's Club is a non-profit based in Elizabethtown, KY and all proceeds earned from this event are donated directly into your community. By being a vendor at this event, your fees are helping our success in supporting the community that we love.

What guidelines are being followed for COVID safety precautions?

EJWC will strictly adhere to any and all guidelines set forth by the CDC and the state of Kentucky at the time of the event. By remitting your application you are agreeing to follow all rules and regulations EJWC deems necessary to have a safe event.

Will I receive a refund if the event is cancelled?

If at any time we must cancel our event due to health and safety requirements or recommendations we are prepared to offer a full refund.

Am I guaranteed a specific booth location if requested within my application?

EJWC will make best efforts to accommodate. There will not be any spatial preference guaranteed on the basis of previous year; spaces are assigned as applications and payment are received. There is no guarantee the booth preference and electricity requests will be able to be fulfilled.

What is the difference between "Booth W/ Wall", "Internal Booth", and "Internal Corner Booth"?

(1) Booth W/ Wall: This is a 10ft by 10ft booth with at least one side of the booth is against a wall. (2) Internal Corner Booth: This is a 10ft by 10ft booth that is located on the corner of a walk way. (3) Internal Booth: This is a 10ft by 10ft booth that it located between to internal booths.
