Welcome to the 2024 Harvest Fest!

You are invited to CHP’s Annual Harvest Fest. If you are not able to attend, but you or your organization wish to support our mission, please check the attached invite.

Single tickets: $75, tables will seat 8 guests.

This year’s Harvest Fest Gala, under the theme: The Great Gatsby, will be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Quality Inn in Kankakee, IL.

This is our third annual fundraiser event, and the money will go back to our health centers for the improvement of the services that we provide to underserved communities.
