About this event

The real purpose of this event is to bring together far flung friends and family to a great location to kick off the 2024 summer season!

There will be NO FORMAL ACTIVITIES unless folks decide to put some together, this is 100% come and enjoy event.

Tickets will be limited to individuals who own a Grand Design RV at the time of the event. If you would like family or friends with non-GD RV's to participate, they are welcome to reserve a site or cabin outside of our reserved block.

The process for this has changed, and is significantly streamlined. Using this portal, you will register for your site, by clicking "Register". From there you will be give the opportunity to pick your site!

A few important things:

How much are the sites?

Our negotiated, discounted rates are sites are $94/night, cabins are $194/night, dependent on a 3 night stay. *** 10% of all ticket sales will go to our charity beneficiary, Band of Heroes Outdoors ***

How do I register?

  1. Click on the "Tickets" button, you will be brought to the check out section.
  2. Here you can select a site type, based on the drop-down, or you can click "Buy on Map".
  3. If you select "Buy on Map" you will have the option of selecting the specific site you would like to reserve. PLEASE NOTE - this reservation is only good for the event, so any bookend dates will need to be noted in the check out process. Any site that is greyed out is either already taken, or is outside of our block of sites.
  4. Once you have completed the check out process, that site is reserved for you!

We will be sending the list of reservations to Sun Outdoors each Monday, and they will call you to secure your deposit. If we are unable to reach you for a significant amount of time, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket to make the site available to those who may be on a waitlist.

Do I need to call Sun Outdoors first?

Nope! All you need to do is pick your site here. Once you select your site, it will notify Sun Resort that they need to get in touch with you to collect payment for the site fees.

If you call Sun Resort, you will be sent here anyways.....

What happens if I need to make changes to my tickets or reservation?

ALL changes need to go through us! To update your ticket information, such as address, RV info, guests, etc:

  1. Go to www.eventbrite.com/mytickets
  2. If you have not confirmed your email address in the past, it will let you know that it sent you an email to confirm your email address. You will follow those instructions to verify your email as well as create a password.
  3. Log in with your email address and password
  4. Click on "2023 Grand Design Mid-Atlantic Owners' Spring ANTI-RALLY" to pull up your ticket information.

I thought this was free, why are you charging for tickets?

Well, the features we needed in the platform that allow us to manage the reservations, including changes, etc, are not available on the free ticket tier. So we made the ticket + fee = $5.00 - we figured that was cheap enough, and will will add it to our donation to Band of Heroes Outdoors.

It is the Band of Heroes Outdoors's official mission became that they would work everyday to provide a release and a therapeutic environment for veterans to be able to enjoy God's country and its benefits while being in the company of heroes.

On average, 22 veterans end their life a day, and it’s unacceptable. Band of Heroes Outdoors won’t stop until that number is zero. It’s time, as a community and country, that we come together as one to stand up and help the men and women who saved our country. In 2022, we have 19 trips booked serving 41 veterans, and we can’t wait for you to join us in our cause whether that is through donating, volunteering, or spreading the word.

The Grand Design Mid-Atlantic Owners' Rally began as the first-ever Grand Design Owners' rally in the US, initially called the "Northeast Rally". Currently holding the record for the largest owner-lead event, The team of Bob Perciaccante, Gary and Alicia Pennick, John and Ashley Cleary have worked together to host 5 other rallies in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 with Catherine Falco joining our team in 2021.
