If you’re new to the concept of goat yoga, you might be wondering what the experience is like. Our goats are fainting goats, they love people and interact with yogis during their yoga session. They are certain to provide laughter and entertainment! Plus, if you have never been to goat yoga and are nervous about trying a yoga class… have no fear! At goat yoga, no one is watching you, they are all watching the goats!
All levels of skill are welcome. Great for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Bring your mat or beach towel and get ready to have some fun while enjoying a peaceful outdoor yoga session.
It's outside, so dress accordingly! If it rains on your scheduled day/time, I will work with you to reschedule. I am unable to provide a refund. Thanks for your understanding :)
There will be Goat Yoga t-shirts/tanktops/hats available for $20. Unisex size S-2XL.

What can I bring to the event?
Please bring something to practice yoga on. This can be a yoga mat, a towel or even a blanket! Bring something that you aren't afraid of getting dirty, just in case.
Other great items to bring:

4. Smiles
5. Money for t-shirt/tanktops/hat. I do accept Paypal and Venmo.
What's the refund policy?
If your session gets rained out, I will work with you to reschedule (so take a look at the other classes to make sure you have a backup date). Just in case. I can not provide a refund. Thanks for your understanding!
Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?
You do NOT have to bring your ticket with you.

You are able to reschedule for a different session. No refunds will be given. So, make sure you have a backup date that would work for you.
Clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty! A tee shirt or something that covers your back in case a baby goat jumps on you is a good idea. The baby goats will nibble everything. Ponytails should be tucked into tee shirts. The goats think your hair looks like hay! Yummy!
Our minimum age for kids is 3 years old. All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Goat Yoga sells out fast so we will not be giving refunds. If it is raining and we will not have class, we will email you and you will be able to reschedule at another session that is available.
Yes, as long as you purchase a ticket. All yogis and non-yogis need a ticket.

Yes! Goats are farm animals and sometimes will do their business on your mat. So, we also will suggest a beach towel, blanket, or a mat that you don't care if it gets dirty.
Nope! You can just lay on your mat and cuddle a goat if you like.
Absolutely possible. They are farm animals and they go when they go. Don’t worry, goat poop is pebbly and dry so not gross. We will have water on hand to help you wash up if someone has an accident.
Sessions last 45 minutes. 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of playing with the goats.
No. Sorry, we do not travel with our goats.

Gift certificates are redeemed by contacting us by email only tomsheilapatten@gmail.com. So please look at our schedule, decide on a class and then let us know which class you'd like to join. This is subject to availability though so please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance.
