Goodwill Hawaii is looking for volunteers to help with the set-up and breakdown for our retail sale. Following are the general responsibilites required of you (no experience required) :

  • Building fixtures
  • Setting up sales floor
  • Stocking merchandise
  • Producing merchandise
  • Breakdown of sales floor and fixtures
  • Packing up merchandise

Volunteers should be able and willing to lift and/or move items 20 pounds or heavier.

All volunteers will receive:

***1 Free Event Volunteer T-shirt

***20% discount coupon to use at the sale

***Light snacks during volunteer shift

  • Sign up for one or more event volunteer shifts.
  • Volunteers will receive training on-site.
  • Have lots of fun and help our community!

Day of Volunteer Shift Instructions:

    1. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your shift to make time for parking and check in. The volunteer entrance is located along the main concourse in between the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall and Arena, a few doors down from the main customer entrance. Look for the signs marked Volunteers.
    2. Please come dressed in comfortable attire and closed-toe shoes.
    3. You will receive a 10-15 minute volunteer orientation & training at the start of your shift. 
    4. You will recieve a 20% off coupon to be used to shop the GLAM! Sale after your shift.
    5. We do not cover parking – so please arrange to be dropped-off or bring money to pay for any parking fees.
    6. Please do not bring any valuables as there is no secure storage area in the volunteer area.
