<h2>2024 GAR Contract Dissection</h2>Course Description:This course introduces Agents, Brokers, REALTORS® and non- REALTORS® to the 2024 GAR Contract Forms including the Purchase &amp; Sale Agreement, commonly used Exhibits and Amendments.
