We will try to accommodate vendor selections, however due to health and safety reasons, sites are not guaranteed until final review by the Folkfest Committee.

When will I find out where my space is located?

You will pick your vendor spot when you pay for your registration.

What size are the spaces?

A complete parking space approximately 20’ length X 10” depth

What if I need more space?

Vendors that are unable to fit within the confines of a 20’X10’ space will need to reserve two spaces.

Is there a discount for vendors who reserve more than one space?

No.

Is their available electric power?

Limited electric-powered spaces are available. Once these spaces are sold out, non-electric tickets must be purchased. When signing up, please consider the power requirements. Select a ticket under "electric" for your vendor type and ensure you choose a spot marked in yellow or red.

Are there any supplies provided to vendors?

No, vendors are responsible for providing all items necessary to sell their product, this includes garbage cans, tables, etc.

What if a food vendor registers but doesn’t provide a permit from the health department to the Folk

If a food vendor registers but does not supply the Folk Fest Committee with a health department permit, you will not be able to sell food. To complete registration, both the food permit and the necessary liability insurance must be provided.

What about garbage?

Garbage is obviously an area of concern for this event. Vendors are expected to handle their own garbage, this includes cans, disposal, and keeping the area clean and ready for visitors. If garbage or debris is left behind a $50 fee will be assessed to the vendor.

Is it possible to receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this event. We appreciate your understanding.

What day and time can vendors sign-in and set up?

On Friday, Vendor can sign-in & set-up: 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm On Saturday, Vendor can sign-in & set-up: 7:30 am- 10:00 am.

What time does the event start and end on Friday and Saturday?

On Friday from 5:30 pm – 12:30 am On Saturday from 10 am – 12:30 am
