Join UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County as we explore how our food gets from the farm to the table. The camp will focus on the beef industry with a trip to local cattle producers, a meat market and hear from experts in the agriculture industry.

When: July 1-3, 2024 (8:30 AM- 4:30 PM)

Where: Citrus County Canning Center (3405 W Southern St. Lecanto, FL 34461).

Who: Youth ages 11-14

Cost: $50 per participant

Fees include educational materials, snacks and lunch on July 3, 2024.
