Where is the hotel located?

What are the official dates for the Essence Music Festival?

July 4th-July 8th, 2024

What is included in the price?

The price includes all your lodging, a creole-style welcome dinner to be held on 7/4, daily breakfast, and a welcome gift. Any concert or event tickets are not included.

How do the payments work?

You have the option to pay in full or to pay over time. If you choose the pay-in-full option, you save as the prices for lodging will increase closer to the date. However, if you choose to pay over time, an initial $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. Final payment is due May 15, 2024.

When will you have concert tickets available for purchase?

Concert tickets will become available once the music and speaker lineup is released. This usually occurs in January-February

Is airfare included in the cost?

No airfare is not included. You are responsible for your own airfare & ground transportation. The drive from the airport to downtown New Orleans is about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
