2024 ENERGY STAR® Awards

The 2024 ENERGY STAR® Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday, April 25th at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRBITC) in Washington, DC. Partner meetings for Commercial and Industrial partners begin at 1:00 PM and the Awards celebration begins at 4:00 PM. through 6:00 PM.

FAQs

What does the registration fee cover?
The RRBITC is pleased to offer light refreshments and beverages to the 2024 ENERGY STAR Awards celebration attendees for a cost of $112 per person. This registration fee is remitted in its entirety to the venue. EPA and its contractors do not keep any portion of the fee for any purpose.

If your attendance does not necessitate food and beverage, please contact awards@energystar.gov for a promotional code.

Are there other opportunities to network and learn energy management best practices prior to the ceremony?

Prior to the Awards celebration on Thursday, April 25, EPA will host Partner Meetings at the RRBITC for both Industrial and Commercial partners from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The meetings are open to anyone interested in discussing best practices for saving energy in commercial and industrial buildings. You may register for the meeting at no cost when you complete the general awards registration.

May I reserve a table for my group or make seating requests?

The 2024 ENERGY STAR Awards are primarily a networking celebration. A full sit-down dinner is not planned for this year's event, and thus, group tables are not available. For partners who are seeking to organize evening plans, the following restaurants are located nearby the venue:

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, if you are registering a group and do not have all attendee names and specifications readily available, you are able to enter placeholder information and update your registration at a later date. Please make all updates by Thursday, April 11, 2024.

What is the refund policy?

Please contact Sean Levin at awards@energystar.gov to request a refund. The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is April 11, 2024. Please note that no exceptions can be extended beyond this date due to venue commitments. After April 11, only attendee substitutions will be accepted.
