Q: I have never competed in a bodybuilding contest. What must I do to compete?

The first step is to register online by visiting the registration page. However, I would attend a local bodybuilding show to see the categories and their unique presentation. Talk to your coach or call the Promoter to obtain clarity on your registration selection.

Q: Is there a membership fee to compete?

A: No, The Florida Natural is a non-sanctioned event. There is no league affiliation.

Q: Are there height classes?

A: The norm within the natural leagues, divisions are by age. However, if there are a large group of competitors, there will be a separation into two divisions: MEN: "A "Div. (Up to and including 5’ 9”) and Div. “B” (OVER 5’ 9”) FEMALE: "A" Div. (Up to and including 5’4”) and Div. B (OVER 5'4")

Elite Physique Championships, The Florida Natural is promoted by Masters Figure & Natural Olympian Champion, Tivisay Briceno.  This is Tivisay 9th year promoting The Florida Natural, a natural bodybuilding competition.  A resident of Clearwater, Florida, Tivisay has 18 years experience as a professional bodybuilder, holding (5) five professional cards; WBFF, IFBB, ANBF, NGA and PNBA .  She's also has judged competitions for the INBA/PNBA, OCB and NPC.  Tivisay is currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialists and a NASM Nutrition Coach. In 2023, Tivisay won the A-X Games; Athlean-X Overall Winner Women's Division. She also provides online coaching to athletes and non-athletes.
