Frequently asked questions

What is the cost?

There is no cost to attend; however, pre-registration is required. Breakfast and access to all of the presentations is included in your registration.

Are Continuing Education credits (CEs) being offered?

Continuing Education credits are not being offered at this year's symposium.

Will I get a certificate?

Certificates will be given out at the conclusion of the event. You must pre-register and stay for the entire symposium in order to get your certificate. We will not be mailing or emailing certificates.

Can I stream the symposium virtually?

This is an in-person event only.

What is the parking situation?

Parking is free and abundant in the lots right outside the venue.

Will food be provided?

A breakfast buffet and coffee station will be available from 8am - 8:45am. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Can my organization be a vendor?

Vendor spots are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please reach out to Jennifer Smolowitz (jsmolowitz@mhainde.org) for availability.

Are there hotel accommodations should I be coming from out of town?

Hotels are available nearby, but those accommodations must be made on your own. There are no group rates or room blocks associated with this event.
