The Eastern Plant Board is a non-profit organization of the plant pest regulatory agencies of the twelve states in the northeast and mid-Atlantic region, from Maine south to Maryland and west to West Virginia. The mission is to provide leadership in developing and implementing science-based regulatory policies and plant health programs, enable safeguarded trade, and protect the agricultural and natural resources of the United States.

The Eastern Plant Board hosts an annual meeting for members and cooperators in other state and federal agencies to discuss current regional plant health concerns.
