The District 35 Spring Conference will take place on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, 2024. It is scheduled as a hybrid event - in person at The Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee - Brookfield or virtually via Zoom.

Registration – with Registered Club

Attending the Spring Conference in person? This registration is for you -- it includes the option for your Toastmasters Club to pay a nominal fee for all their club members to attend the conference events at a reduced cost of the individually purchased meals. The club registration is recommended when two (2) or more club members attend the Conference (excludes meals and lodging).

  • Early Bird Club Registration before February 29, 2024 - $150
  • Club Registration from March 1 – March 31, 2024 - $175
  • Club Registration LATE From April 1 – April 10 - $210

If your club is registering, make sure it has registered BEFORE registering for yourself. Individual members must either wait until their club registers, or pay the “without registered club” registration fee.

If your club has paid the club registration fee and you want to attend in person, you must register below.

If your club has paid the club registration fee and you want to attend virtually, you do not need to register below - you will receive the Zoom links via email just prior to the conference.

Registration includes all education sessions, meals, and breaks for Friday and Saturday.

A "guest" is defined as the spouse or significant other of a registered Toastmaster; Toastmasters from other Districts should register under the Individual Registration option. Guest meals include functions such as Awards and Recognition, Happy Hour, and Hall of Fame. Guests planning to attend the entire conference and events should submit an individual registration.

Hotel Information

District 35 has secured a special room rate of $144 per night plus tax with Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee - Brookfield for the duration of the conference. The hotel is all suites, and includes cooked to order breakfast each morning and a complimentary reception every evening to registered guests.

Additional Information

  • Advance registration only; no walk-in registrations will be accepted.
  • Registration does not include Eventbrite processing fees.
  • Registrations made between April 11 and 11:59 p.m. on April 24, 2024 will be for virtual attendance only.
  • Meals are included with the Individual Registration fees; you may opt out of a meal choice, but it will not reduce the registration fee. No outside food allowed in the meeting spaces.
  • Registration (or an individual meal ticket for guests) is required to attend events during meal periods.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 25, 2024.
  • If attending virtually, you will need to connect to each individual session. You will receive an email with the unique Zoom links for each education session and the conference events.
  • We are optimistic about celebrating together in person. Should there be an unfortunate occasion of COVID-19 or other health emergency, District Leadership will decide by early April to switch to a virtual conference only and notify all attendees. If this should happen, all registrations will be automatically converted to virtual attendance and the difference in price will be refunded to the card on file that was used to pay registration.
  • By entering the District 35 Toastmasters Spring Conference premises, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded and that your image, appearance, likeness, voice, and name may be captured in the form of live video, recorded video, and still photography. Any of the images or recordings taken may be used, reproduced, modified, and published, in any manner and in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes, and you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties. By entering the premises, you also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by any person or entity authorized by District 35 Toastmasters to do so.
