2024 DEBUTANTE COTILLION SOUVENIR BOOKLET ADS/SPONSORS

Patrons may use this page to submit payment for Ads/Sponsors that will be included in the 2024 Upsilon Alpha Omega Debutante Cotillion Souvenir Booklet.

The souvenir booklet is a key component of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Upsilon Alpha Omega Chapter's Debutante Program. In addition to highlighting the program's activities, the souvenir booklet features an autobiographical page for each Debutante as well as congratulatory ads and sponsor listings. Each Debutante solicits family, friends, and businesses to purchase.

There are two types of congratulatory advertisements that can be purchased to publish in the souvenir booklet. The first type is an ad that includes a written message and artwork/photo. The second type is a sponsor which includes the sponsor's name listed on a sponsor page.

• Full Page Ad: $250.00 (Includes Color Ad/Artwork or Photo/Written Message)

• Full Page Ad: $200.00 (Includes Black & White Ad/Artwork or Photo/Written Message)

• Platinum Sponsor: $100.00 (Includes sponsor name listed on Platinum Sponsor Page)

• Gold Sponsor: $50.00 (Includes sponsor name listed on Gold Sponsor Page)

Upon purchase, the ads/sponsor names must be submitted via email to uaocotillion2024ads@gmail.com

Souvenir Booklet AD Submissions :

• The body of the email must contain the Debutante’s full name and the category ad purchased.

• Final print ready full-page ad in PDF format only (attachment).

Souvenir Booklet SPONSOR Submissions:

• The body of the email must contain the Debutante’s full name and the category sponsor purchased

• Full name of the sponsor (for the journal page listing)
